The distribution channel involves a potent combination of Online Travel agents (OTA), Travel Management Companies (TMCs), Destination Management Companies (DMCs), Brand Website (BE), Central Reservation System (CRS) & Regional Marketing Offices (RMO’s).
The user friendly website of Avexia Hotels with contemporary design and functionalities is powered with an online booking engine. The booking engine is also integrated with Third Party websites in order to provide easy reach to our hotels. Avexia Hotels operates a pan-India Guest Service Centre which is operated by trained executives.
The chain boasts of a strong Sales & Marketing network, with its extensive presence across the country, through its Marketing Offices besides marketing set-up in all the units. Our Corporate Revenue Management team monitors the performance of every unit on a daily basis, defining and re-defining strategies for individual properties. Besides our team also visits units, in case it needs realignment of its efforts.
